At The Line by K, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or mailer, ensuring all original designer tags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided through the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
